The Saab Safir made its maiden flight in Sweden on 20 November 1945. 320 were
manufactured in four different versions (the 91 A, B, C and D) and were was used
by several air forces, including those of Sweden, Ethiopia, Norway, Tunisia,
Finland and Austria.
