這是ELITE JR系列的第五把發射器，為正統的夜襲者式發射器，這點可以通過外露的後拉的上膛拉杆與載彈器來識別。

Flyer採用ELITE JR系列的清爽配色，甚至相較於2.0系列來說，可以用鮮豔來形容，這應該可以吸引兒童，以及大孩子的目光。

Flyer前管下方的裝飾件形似飛機垂直尾翼，這點呼應了發射器的英文名含義，很有意思。
