Motoblitz是一款NERF少見的無托造型發射器，主體部分為半自動彈匣式發射器，發射管下方下掛有一個一體的採用蓄氣式發射模式的霰彈發射器。

Motoblitz的手柄比RAYVEN更靠近其彈匣，彈匣與抵肩部分的長度要短於RAYVEN，這樣的做法可以縮小發射器的整體長度，降低低齡兒童使用下掛霰彈的難度，但負面影響就是，尾托短，影響了抵肩的舒適度。Motoblitz抵肩部分的縮短也直接影響了其推杆的長度，導致玩家必須將扳機扣到底，才能使得軟彈能足夠深入飛輪倉內被飛輪抓住。

Motoblitz最大的特點是，在前管的下方集成另一個霰彈發射器。壓射式發射6枚軟彈使用蓄氣式發射。採用與Mediator Barrel的發射模式，先使用加壓握把為氣室壓入足夠的空氣製造一定的壓力，再按下側面的橙色按鈕發射。發射口可以裝載6枚軟彈，一次六發齊射。考慮到玩家可能會安裝亂數目隨機位置的軟彈，所以發射管後設有空保。

Motoblitz具有三條NERF導軌，其二在扳機左右上方，另一在瞄具上方，位置與RAYVEN相似！取代RAYVEN提把設計的，是Motoblitz的一個瞄準具，當然，毫無意義，因為他就是一個空管，主要是為了配合準星而設計的。

電池倉位於扳機的上方，需要四顆三號電池，卡彈處理倉則在彈匣口左側上方的位置。

Motoblitz攜帶軟彈讓人十分費解，正常來說，ELITE 2.0其附帶的軟彈應為發射器原裝最大載彈量的2倍，現已知霰彈部分載彈6發，而發射器原包裝攜帶軟彈為22發。誠然，彈匣無論如何也不可能只載彈5發，因為它是一個10發的香蕉夾。所以我也不明白為何Motoblitz只附了22發軟彈，而不是32發軟彈······

前些日子，Motoblitz 網路上的出現，給NERF玩家打了一針強心劑，讓大家垂死的心又恢復了活力，我們真正看到了2.0，不是阿爾法2.0，而是貨真價實的精英2.0，證實強有力的孩之寶是有能力繼續在精英基礎上發展創新的！
