ELITE 2.0幽靈為精英2.0系列首款異色發射器，他的原色為2013年發表的精英藍幽靈。全套包括前管與摺疊托在內。2.0幽靈均沿用舊模具製成，沒有如同2.0系列之前的發射器一樣設計全新的外觀，哪怕是改模也沒有。唯一能表明其為2.0系列的特點，就是其採用的配色。
幽靈這款發射器是首個在三個系列下發表的發射器，分別於2013年發表于精英系列旗下，2020年發表於經典系列旗下，2022年發表于精英2.0旗下。(2010黃幽靈內構不同)
