震波女黛西·约翰逊（Daisy Johnson），父亲是超级罪犯“海德先生”(名字来源于小说<化身博士>，他用药物把自己变得十分强壮，性格也变得暴戾。由于父亲的突变，导致黛西天生就有制造震荡波的超能力，但她不是变种人(因为她的能力与变种人必备的X基因无关)。
因为她父亲实验造成的”基因损伤“，幼年时获得了制造地震的能力，并可以免疫任何震动造成的伤害。她在尼克·弗瑞手下的训练使得她可以精确地用她的地震波瞄准然後使目标震动，并且由内而外爆炸开。她对她的能力的操控是如此的精准，以至於她甚至可以在一定距离以外让一个人的心脏从里面爆炸。她可以运用这种微妙的能力，在一秒内将一整座建筑物震塌。同时她也可以引起一个人的大脑震动从而导致他们昏迷。
