20年8月作为SDCC漫展限定品发售，到国内会溢价许多。模型涂装思路继承了12年漫展发售的94平成G的红透，两者都是在透明件基础上，在背棘，指甲处上了白色高光点缀，眼睛为实色涂装。得益于全身蓝色透明件，在光源下会有不错的效果，即使是自然光透明效果也不错。全身和19模具相同，仅材质改为了透明件，关节部位为蓝色实色，打光后会漏出内部关节结构，头部会有略微缩胶，尾巴不会和21G一样把玩脱落。内容物保留了原色的特效件，同时也会追加漫展的一张海报卡片。得益于19素体，头部可动抬头可以达到九十度，能完美还原仰天吐息姿势和泳姿。
内容物为：主体、吐息特效件、吐息时替换下颚链接件、海报卡片。
目前价格五张半左右，喜欢这种透明配色的可以首选，打光后效果不错，也算是一种冷门配色了，海雅估计暂时不会发售这种配色平替。对这种配色无感的可以不必要考虑了，没有丝毫性价比。
