4K51“防线”SSC-3岸防导弹系统曾经广泛出口到其他国家。3P51的发射车以MAZ-543M型8×8底盘为基础，使用KT-161型双联装发射筒。两个雷达结构存在。早期型使用搜索和制导一体雷达，也用在舰船上。后期型号使用3 Ts25 E型Garpun E雷达，工作在X波段，频段第0.8到12吉赫，使用的无源探测系统和等幅工作方式，可以达到0.5-1.5度的精度。
